Provide client consultations on account opening, maintenance and closure procedures, settlement of transactions with financial instruments, and corporate actions.
Open, maintain and close client accounts held under nominee holding.
Accept, verify and register client documentation for account opening and asset investment purposes.
Prepare and deliver letters, notices, reports and other documents to clients in accordance with brokerage agreements (with or without nominee holding services).
Provide ongoing information and support to clients regarding accounts, transaction settlements and corporate actions.
Maintain internal client documentation and internal accounting registers.
Receive information on corporate actions and ensure timely distribution to clients under nominee holding.
Form, store and keep client files, orders and instructions up to date.
Review brokerage agreements and accession applications to mitigate legal risks.
Accept for execution only duly executed documents in compliance with internal document flow procedures.
Monitor and control client receivables and notify clients of outstanding indebtedness.
Requirements:
Higher education (finance, economics or law is an advantage).
Experience in financial institutions or capital markets is preferred.
Proficient user of MS Office and standard office equipment.
Experience with 1C:Enterprise software is an advantage.
Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan governing securities market activities.
Knowledge of Kazakh and English languages.
