To the attention of the clients of JSC "Tansar Capital"

JSC "Tansar Capital" (hereinafter - the Company) informs all interested parties about its involvement in administrative liability under part 2 of Article 256 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Resolution on the imposition of an administrative penalty in the case of administrative offense dated 21.11.2024).

We inform you that the administrative penalty imposed on the Company has been executed.

At the same time, we would like to emphasize that the application of this penalty will not negatively impact the Company's fulfillment of obligations to its partners, nor will it affect the compliance with all current prudential standards and other regulatory requirements.

We also assure you that this situation will not affect our partnership relations, ongoing transactions, or future cooperation.
