Tansar Capital JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs all interested parties that the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (letter No.04-4-18/5413 dated January 29, 2026) issued a written warning against the Company in connection with violation of the requirements of paragraph 5 of Appendix 2 to Resolution No. 189 regarding the late posting information about a corporate event on the Internet resource of the financial reporting depository.
