To the attention of clients of JSC "Tansar Capital"

Tansar Capital JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs all interested parties that the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market has applied a Recommendatory Supervisory Response Measure to the Company in the form of a Written Order (ext. No. 04-1-14/52721 dated 10/15/2025), in connection with violation of the requirements of paragraph 3 of Article 3-2 The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 2, 2003 No. 461-II "On the Securities Market" (hereinafter – the Law on Securities Securities).

In accordance with subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 3-3 and paragraph 1 of Article 3-4 of the Law on Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as the Rules for the Application of Supervisory Response Measures approved by Resolution No. 272 of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 29, 2018, the Company was recommended to strengthen the internal control system, including the timely implementation of the action plan provided for by as part of the early response measures of the authorized body..

The application of this measure does not adversely affect the Company's ability to fulfill its obligations to partners, comply with applicable prudential standards and other regulatory requirements.Tansar Capital JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) informs all interested parties that a Recommended Supervisory Response Measure has been applied to the Company in the form of a Written Order (exodus No. 04-1-14/52228 dated 10/13/2025), in accordance with Articles 3-3 and 3-4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 2, 2003 No. 461-II "On the Securities Market", as well as the Rules for the Application of Supervisory Response Measures, approved by Resolution No. 272 of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29.10.2018.

The application of this measure does not adversely affect the Company's ability to fulfill its obligations to partners, comply with applicable prudential standards and other regulatory requirements.
