JSC "TANSAR CAPITAL" (hereinafter referred to as the Management Company), which is the Management Company of the RICMF «BAYSAL» (hereinafter referred to as the Fund), informs the following.

In accordance with the Rules of the Fund, the Management Company has made a decision to redeem the Fund’s units.

In this regard, we hereby inform you about the commencement of applications for the redemption of the Fund’s units:

Applications for redemption will be accepted from October 29 to November 11, 2025, in the manner prescribed by the Rules of the Fund.

The redemption of the units will be carried out on Nobember 12, 2025.

Working hours of our office: Mon-Fri from 09.00 to 18.00 (Astana time)
